Todd started his musical endeavors at a very young age. He was only a toddler when his father rolled in a player piano into the family room that he had purchased for Todd's mother. It didn’t take long for Todd to latch on to the piano and the magical sounds it produced. The piano could play by itself with piano rolls and he’d watch the keys go up and down while resting his fingers on the keys waiting for them to move.

Well, that was it! That started the ball rolling to a passion of music that is part of who Todd is today.

As a young child, Todd discovered he could learn and play music by ear. The first song he ever learned to play on the Piano was one of his mother’s favorites, the 1960’s tune “Duke of Earl” by Gene Chandler. Todd recalls he would often come home to find his mother sitting by the piano with her friend friend - the “Audience member”. She would say, "Todd, play Duke of Earl for our guest.” Todd would embarrassingly oblige. He went on to learn more songs and even write his own.

In his High Schools years, Todd continued to broaden his musical skill by learning how to play guitar and drums. He was highly influenced by his brother-in law, Buffalo Music award winner Mike Kiel is a founding member in the award winning Beatles cover band BeatleMagic. Mike would often show up at Todd’s house with guitar in hand ready to jam with him on piano and show Todd chords on guitar. Mike also prompted Todd to sing harmonies and back up vocals while jamming. Again, yet another ambition was embedded in Todd…. the ambition to sing. As the years went by, Todd grew into a multi-faceted musician and songwriter. He sings, plays acoustic and rhythm guitar as well as keyboards and a bit of drums.
